Corporate Membership Overview

• Purchase 50 green fee passes at $1910 +tax yearly dues in 2008
• To qualify, as a bona fida corporate business the business must have a B.I.N. registered business #.
• For a Corporate Membership to be sold a principle Senior designated holder of the membership must be named. Due to limited locker space only the Senior Corporate member is given a locker.
• Each designated Senior Corporate Founding Member is required to name 3 additional members to be attached to the Corporate Membership. These members can be any of the following; employees, associates, partners, or other designated individuals (family or friend). These three Associate Corporate Members will have access to play in member only leagues.
• The Senior Corporate Founding member will be given 50 green fee passes which are intended for the senior Corporate Member to:
  a: Use the passes to play with other members
  b: Give passes to associate employees, friends, family, business friends and any other persons at the discretion of the Senior Corporate Membership holder.

Booking Privileges

• The Senior Corporate Founding Member has the privilege of 7-day advance booking. Associate Corporate Members and any other players using the Senior Corporate holder's passes are permitted the 5-day public booking access.
• Corporate passes can be given to friends, family, business friends and other people at the discretion of the Senior Member. The players using the passes can play with or without any of the four designated corporate members during non-prime time only.
• Only Designated Senior Corporate Members have one guaranteed weekend/holiday morning prime tee time. If the designated Senior Corporate member can not be available to play during the weekend/holiday morning tee time one of the three named Associate Corporate members can use the Senior Members weekend morning blocked tee time.
• A maximum of 4 passes can be used on any given golfing day.
• Guests of members will be given a 20% off regular green fee rate. Corporate Members can introduce up to 3 guests per golfing day at the 20% off rate.
• The senior designated Corporate Founding Member can purchase additional discounted (20% off the price of) regular green fees for themselves and friends of the member if all 50 passes are used up before the end of the season. To receive the Member Guest rate for friends the Designated Senior Corporate Member or associate member must be present playing.

Founding Members Entrance Fees
Golf entrance fees are non-refundable

• Annual dues will be adjusted thereafter the year 2007 based on Consumer Price Index(CPI)
• Initiation fees are to be paid in one payment without terms (favorable terms offered at most financial institutions).
