Samantha Moorhead ~ Head Chef
Sam has played a major role in the hospitality business since she was 14 years old.  She has quenched her thirst for culinary knowledge through schooling, travel and “hands on” experience in the food service industry.  Sam is currently working on her accounting certificate and developing a better knowledge of wines and wine pairings. Sam is an innovative chef, constantly seeking new and exciting food creations.

Tyson Moorhead ~ Executive Sous Chef
Tyson has been on the Glen House Resort culinary scene for the last 10 years. His knowledge of the art of cooking has helped in his creation of original and tasty dishes.

Sam and Tyson work as a team inside and outside of the resort. They were married in the fall of 2009 right here on the front lawn of the Glen House Resort. Their talents have been put to good use in the Glen House kitchen. Their teamwork is a huge asset and complement to the whole Glen House Resort experience.
